Writing to Specs. What the?

Today I saw an ad on Craigslist where a guy was pimping his songwriting.  No doubt a "Nashville Country" type of person.  He claims to be able to write a song to your specifications.  Where is the fun in that?  To me that is like handing a blank canvas to a house painter and expecting a masterpiece.  Get real.  Most songwriters that I know talk about what they were feeling or going through when they wrote a particular song, this guys talking about specifications.  How much more cookie cutter can it get?  Bah!  This is why I love punk rock.
